Capacity
Evergreen Gardens Weddings can accomodate up to 200 persons per event.
Provided by Evergreen Gardens (no charge)
- Twenty (20) 60" round tables (they sit eight people per table)
- 200 folding white chairs
- Fourteen (14) 6 ft. banquet tables (for head table, food buffet, bar, gifts, cake, etc.)
- Six (6) 4 ft. banquet tables (for guest book, coffee, punch, cake, etc.)
- Fire pit – we supply the wood and build the fire
- Coffee pots – one 60 cup and one 40 cup
- Punch bowls
- Changing rooms for bridal party
- Indoor Restrooms
- Kitchen with stove and refrigerator
- Large outdoor pavilion with sound system
Provided by Evergreen Gardens (for additional fee)
- Table cloths (white only)
- Napkins 20x20 (white only)
- Glassware
- Table toppers (black, red or gold)
- Patio heaters (fuel included)
- Tiki torches (+$20 for fuel)
Alcohol
We allow champagne, beer and wine. We require an approved licensed bartender.
Catering
You may use the caterer of your choice.
Rehearsals
You may schedule a rehearsal any day except when there is another event.
Hours
You have use of the facility from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. (If you need to come earlier, arrangements can be made to do so).
Insurance
We require an Event Policy for $1,000,000 coverage naming Evergreen Gardens, LLC and Ray and Patti Johnson as the additionally insured. You can purchase an event policy with $1,000,000 liability coverage that covers alcohol liability at Wedsafe.com for $175.00.
Instructions for using Wedsafe:
- Click on Venue Required Liability Insurance
- Select WA state, then “Get Started”
- Where it says “Choose coverage amount," choose $1,000,000
- Where it says “Do you need Host Liquor Liability?” choose “yes”
- After selecting “buy now,” there will be a form to fill out and at the bottom of the form, there will be a box asking if your venue requires specific language to be added to the certificate, please type in:
